The company was formed to act as a citizen-facing helpline and awareness body — offering support across crime control, women safety, education-sector crimes, land mafia matters, disaster awareness, social welfare and crop protection. Our work is grounded in a simple belief: that ordinary citizens deserve a clear, accountable channel to raise grievances, get information and reach the right authority — without having to navigate the system alone.
The company is led by founding director Anoop Mishra and director Rohini Kumari, supported by volunteers and staff drawn from across the Lucknow region and surrounding districts.
