UP Help Line works for the prevention, detection and control of crime in collaboration with police administration, legal authorities and community organisations. We help citizens raise complaints through proper legal channels, advocate for fair and prompt justice for victims, and run public campaigns on citizen rights, cyber safety and methods of crime prevention. Our work covers liaison with law-enforcement agencies, judiciary and civil society to improve public safety and reduce the rate of criminal activities.
