UP Help Line is a citizen-facing helpline and awareness body operating across Uttar Pradesh — listening to citizens, routing complaints through proper legal channels and running continuous awareness drives so that public safety, justice and welfare remain within reach for every household.

Our main work is organised across eight focus areas: Crime Control, Control of Crimes Against Women, Crimes Committed in the Education Sector, Land Mafia, Mass Campaign for Disaster Awareness, Disaster Awareness Scheme, Social Welfare Scheme and Crop Protection Scheme. We work directly with police, judiciary, revenue and social-welfare departments to make sure every complaint reaches the right authority.
