Our Mission

Why UP Help Line Exists

To act as a public helpline and awareness body for citizens across Uttar Pradesh — supporting them on crime control, women safety, education-sector crimes, land-mafia matters, disaster awareness, social welfare and crop protection through proper legal and administrative channels.

Every initiative is designed to reduce the gap between citizens and the authorities meant to serve them — through legal aid, counselling, awareness drives and respectful, case-by-case follow-up.

Our Vision

The Uttar Pradesh We Want to Build

A society where every citizen has a clear, trusted channel to raise concerns; where women, daughters, farmers, students and the elderly are aware of their rights and protected from abuse; and where disaster preparedness is a habit, not an afterthought.

Lucknow is our base; Uttar Pradesh is our reach. We expand our work district by district through awareness drives, helpline outreach and partnerships with local authorities.
